(1) Vendor needs to provide general architecture and engineering contract service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– Develop an estimated project man hour and cost budget.– Develop a preliminary project schedule.– Develop reports and recommendations.– Illustrate possible solutions and assist in the evaluation of alternative solutions.– Perform alternatives analyses and make selection recommendations.– Prepare cost estimates, project schedules and other data in accordance with each project’s specific requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
