Citywide Pest Control Services

The City’s goal for this integrated pest management services agreement is to manage pests while protecting its employees, citizens, and visitors. Contractor shall furnish all material, chemicals, equipment, travel, supervision, and labor to provide services to manage pests at City locations. Pests shall include, but are not limited to all types of, rats, mice, roaches, silverfish, ants, flies, beetles, moths, crickets, millipedes, centipedes, spiders, lice, ticks, mites, and fleas. There are approximately 100 service locations, generally with multiple buildings at each location throughout the City and in Odessa and Treasure Island. Each location requires integrated pest management services specific to its needs.
