Pest Control Services

Smith County Emergency Services District Number 2 (the “District”) seeks proposals from qualified pest control service providers for a multi-year contract to deliver comprehensive, consistent, and professional pest management services across all District-owned and operated facilities. These facilities include staffed fire stations, unstaffed volunteer fire stations, administrative offices, and support services buildings such as logistics, fleet maintenance, IT, and facilities. This contract aims to ensure that all District facilities remain clean, safe, and free from pests that can jeopardize health, safety, structural integrity, and operational effectiveness. The awarded contractor will be expected to provide proactive and responsive pest control services, including regular inspections, treatment, and eradication of pests, preventative measures, emergency response, compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations, and detailed recordkeeping and reporting. The District's Support Services - Facilities Division will manage this project. All awarded work will be performed according to the specifications outlined in the Scope of Work, and services will begin following a kickoff meeting and successful execution of the service agreement.
