HEALTH BENEFITS RFP

The Sierra Vista Unified School District is comprised of 6 elementary, and one junior high campus, and one high school campus. The District is staffed by approximately 530 employees who are eligible to participate in the medical plans. Additional information about the District can be found at https://www.svusd68.org/. The District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a medical program matching their current medical plans. A copy of the current plan designs is included in the exhibits section of this RFP. You may provide richer benefits in your response; however, please provide at a minimum the current benefits outlined in the policies
