Main Office Stucco Repair and Weatherization

The Palmdale Water District is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the remediation of stucco panels, substrate preparation, joint remediation, and wall coating on an existing two story office building. Vendors shall examine the worksite and provide the necessary labor, tools, equipment and materials as identified Scope of Work of this request for proposals. The wall was investigated and remediation recommendation were identified in Attachment C - "Preliminary Stucco Investigation and Remediation Recommendation" found in the Attachments .
