The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from interested, experienced respondents for Professional Engineering Services to support a High-Performance Transit Alternative Analysis Study resulting in the recommendation of a Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA). This LPA should reflect results from the Alternative Analysis process as well as data gathered from TARTA area constituents surrounding various Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) modes, locations, and features.
