Description
This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs to existing facilities, new construction of projects less than $100,000 and emergency repairs as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to repair, replacement and construction of any structure, shelter or enclosure and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the City of Monterey.
