Description
General work description: This job order contract will be used to provide the PMSA (Presidio Municipal Services Agency) with a readily available work force for electrical construction and repairs including, but not limited to low, medium and high voltage work, switchgear and power distribution systems, solar or power generation systems including emergency generators, utility work, lineman work, communication systems, alarm systems, security systems, building wiring, area and street lighting, motors, battery backup systems, system condition assessment, inspection, and reporting, and providing construction estimates. This may include emergency work. The work shall be located at, but is not limited to, the Presidio of Monterey, Ord Military Community, Camp Roberts, or any other site as requested by the City of Monterey.
