(1) Vendor needs to provide parking expansion services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.– Services was to prepare geotechnical engineering recommendations for use in design and construction of the proposed development.– Coordinated and managed the field exploration program, which included locating public and private utilities, coordinating site access, and scheduling.– Performed infiltration testing in the test pits at depths requested by the civil design engineer of record.– Observed subsurface conditions, maintained continuous logs of the explorations, and collected samples at representative intervals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
