This is a Full and Open, Firmed Fixed Price (FFP), Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
