(1) Vendor needs to provide interior painting service to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Work shall include repainting, touch–up painting, surface preparation, and minor wall repairs in non–patient occupied areas including, but not limited to:– Main public corridors and hallways.– Elevator lobbies and elevator corridors. – Staff corridors and service hallways. – Administrative support spaces. –Common circulation areas.– Door frames, doors, and trim.– Walls and ceilings.– Mechanical/electrical room exterior walls and doors as identified.– Painting scope includes:– Walls.–Ceilings.– Doors and frames.– Door trims and base trims. – Hollow metal frames.– Handrail touch–up areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
