TRAILBLAZER ELEMENTARY INTERIOR PAINTING 2026

The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for Project ID for Project Title Charlottesville City Schools is seeking highly qualified bidders to provide interior painting services at Trailblazer Elementary School (406 14th Street, NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903). This project will also entail drywall and plaster wall repair. Areas to be painted include: metal stairways, door frames, window frames and railings, classroom and hallway walls, restrooms, and attached shelving. All work must be completed during the summer vacation (June 1-August 1, 2026). Bidders should note there will be other construction projects being done concurrently in the same/adjoining areas to this painting project. The sequence of work to be completed will need to be coordinated with these projects.
