Escambia County Exterior Residential Painting Program is seeking quotes for a single-family residential painting project located at 22 Archer Avenue, Pensacola. FL 32505. This job is for exterior paintwork only to include whole house pressure wash and standard prep. The County will provide all paint material. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. Contractor must be certified as per EPA Renovation, Repair and Paint (RRP) and be prepared to submit W-9 and proof of Escambia County COLI requirements.
