Escambia County Exterior Residential Painting Program is seeking quotes for a single-family residential painting project located at 103 North Harris Street, Pensacola. FL 32507. This job is for exterior paintwork only to include whole house pressure wash and standard prep. The County will provide all paint material. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. Contractors MUST attend Pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid on this project. Contractor must be certified as per EPA Renovation, Repair and Paint (RRP) and be prepared to submit W-9 and proof of Escambia County COLI requirements.
