(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic signal operations management service to the government authority located in Woodstock, IL. – Provide analyzing and reviewing traffic signal timings for various traffic signal systems closed loop, Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), and isolated intersections at various locations on the County highway system.– Review of engineering studies submitted by engineering consultants and developers.– project consists of performing traffic signal timing analysis using Synchro signal timing software, recommending changes to signal timings, implementing, and observing the timing changes.– Assist in responding to complaints regarding traffic signal operation.– Provide analysis and recommendations related to issues with traffic signal timing, coordination, and traffic operations as required.– Performance of traffic signal timing analysis with Sychro and other associated timing software as needed.– Provide guidance and recommendations for the selection, deployment, and implementation of innovative traffic signal and equipment and technologies as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
