Prequalification for the Renovate Norfolk Owner Occupied Single Family, Multi Family Homes Rehabilitation and Rental Rehab Program

CONTRACTORS ALREADY PREQUALIFIED UNDER EITHER OF THOSE REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY* The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units. Qualified contractors will be part of a selected pool of contractors, who will be provided an opportunity to compete for each project for a period of up to four years. ***APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE CITY AS THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
