This document constitutes a Request for Proposals for a Personal Service Contract from qualified individuals and organizations to furnish those services as described herein for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Highways. This project is for the last two phases of the CVG Loop Trail, a multi-use path (MUP) facility that circles the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This MUP will provide transportation and recreational options for bicyclists and pedestrians in the region.
