The City of Surprise is in the process of doing sewer line pipe inspections using Transmissive Acoustic Inspection Rapid Assessment Technology, with the ability to download data, based on footage assessed. Manholes will be assessed and prioritized based on manhole condition and incorporated into acoustic assessment data. The City does not want to purchase the technology. Provider must use acoustic reporting services using the technology and reporting.
