This Scope of Services defines Respondent's responsibilities associated with conducting a two-part feasibility study that investigates the potential for Bicycle and Pedestrian Only Street and Micromobility opportunities. These potential objectives are consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Element 2, Transportation, Objective 3, Complete Streets. Accordingly, this scope of services seeks to investigate Complete Streets forms of transport that can occupy space alongside bicycles and pedestrians, all while reducing greenhouse gas emissions within the City’s Downtown and Midtown districts.
