The Town of Nantucket is seeking a consultant for a feasibility study and design for the first phase of the Downtown Neighborhood Barrier. This is a high priority within the Town's Coastal Resilience Plan and focuses on a vulnerable area that is susceptible to flooding while being the only way to access the Steamship Authority. This project is funded through MA Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs Coastal Zone Management's Coastal Resilience Grant Program.
