(1) Vendor needs to provide public awareness, strategic communications, and digital outreach services. – Providing public awareness, strategic communications, and digital outreach services to promote and expand engagement with the counts program statewide for the state.– Development, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive statewide public information and engagement effort to promote the program and increase public understanding of the importance of quality early childhood care and development for children, families, and communities.– Include strategic planning, content creation, digital marketing, paid media management, analytics reporting, and continuous optimization efforts designed to promote parental involvement in early childhood learning, support informed childcare decision–making, and provide families with accessible developmental resources.– Active management of social media engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and public inquiries in a timely and professional manner, management of paid media campaigns.– Implementation of search engine optimization strategies; monitoring and analysis of campaign performance.– Manage all social media accounts in a manner consistent with the legal obligations of a public entity.– Content creation, messaging consistency, and public information dissemination, rather than performance–based marketing growth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
