The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualification (RFSQ) is to identify a skilled and innovative vendor to support a comprehensive communications program designed to foster community engagement, enhance the airport's brand, and maintain a strong digital presence. The selected vendor will play a key role in advancing established outreach goals, refining messaging, and creating a consistent and impactful airport identity that resonates with the community, users and stakeholders. The scope of work includes maintaining and updating the airport’s communications materials, digital channels, and branding guidelines to ensure alignment with evolving needs and standards. This includes website management, social media integration, and crafting targeted messaging for diverse stakeholder groups. A quarterly newsletter will keep stakeholders informed, while additional services will be provided on an as-needed basis to address emerging communication or branding priorities.
