SW-115353 - USA (California) - Point-Of-Sale Solution - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide point–of–sale solution. – The solution must be turnkey, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI–DSS) compliant, and must include all necessary hardware (servers, desktop computers, registers, etc.), applications, underlying third–party software, data migration services, customized programming services, configuration, integration, operating materials and supplies (OM&S), support, maintenance and training. – The proposed solution must record the collection of payments deposited to the agency's bank account. – The proposed solution must process U.S. currency, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, debit card transactions, and credit card transactions. –  Solution must record the collection of payments tendered at each POS register and subsequently deposited to the Sheriff's bank account.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
