Lease-Purchase Financing for Technology Hardware and Services

The purpose of this Sealed Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract(s) for the tax-exempt lease-purchase financing of the purchase of laptops and associated services to be acquired pursuant to a separate contract. The services will be provided district wide for the School Board of the City of Richmond (School Board), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The School Board of the City of Richmond does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 2.24343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment in the performance of its procurement activity.
