Description
Obligation Tax Exempt lease purchase principal amount shall be $3,700,000 ("Lease Purchase"). Purpose To undertake the lease/purchase of three (3) Automatic Side Loader (ASL) Trucks, one (1) 2024 Caterpillar 840GC Articulated Dump Truck, and one (1) 2024 Caterpillar 836-VT Waste Compactor, together with the acquisition of all materials and equipment and completion of all work necessary therefor or related thereto; and including certain costs of issuance. The lease purchase agreement will have a term not to exceed five (5) years. Settlement Settlement is scheduled to occur on or about November 21, 2024.
