(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX.– The ground floor contains Municipal courts, a reception area, janitorial closets, and office spaces.– The second floor contains Municipal courts, office spaces, meeting rooms, janitorial closets, reception areas, and a fitness center with a shower.i. Public Areas – All entrances, lobbies, elevators, and hallways.ii. Restrooms – All public restrooms (unisex, handicapped, men's, and women's), locker rooms and private toilets located within offices.iii. Office Areas – All spaces used for work off public corridor areas; these include open and private offices, libraries, conference rooms, training rooms and office storage areas.v. Municipal Courtrooms – Located on floors one and two.vi. Gym/Fitness Center – Located on floor two.– Waste Receptacles– Glass Cleaning– Kitchen, Break Rooms and Vending Areas– Dusting/Sweeping(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) A Job Walk and Site Visit will be held on August 3, 2026.
