ITB Heritage Park Water Tower Restoration

The City is soliciting bids for the interior restoration of the Heritage Park Water Tower. Work will include the addition of a façade water tank built on the main roof, an ADA access walkway and small deck off the main meeting room. Interior improvements will include a restroom, coffee bar and a second floor added to access the roof and house a rain collection tank for demonstrations. Interior work also includes the installation of a new HVAC system, plumbing, and fire suppression system along with electrical panel, lighting, floors, wall board and all other additions shown on the drawings. Engineer's Estimate Range: $297,500 - $385,000 Heritage Park is Located at: 19921 Poplar Way, Lynnwood WA 98036. The park is open to the public from dawn to dusk; however, existing buildings are not open to the public. The optional Pre-Bid Meeting is highly encouraged, as the existing structures will be open and available for viewing during the Pre-Bid Meeting.
