Description
The City is soliciting informal bids for the restoration of the Heritage Park Water Tower. Work will include the addition of a façade water tank built on the main roof, an ADA access walkway and small deck off the main meeting room. Interior improvements will include a restroom, coffee bar and a second floor added to access the roof and house a rain collection tank for demonstrations. Interior work also includes the installation of a new HVAC system, plumbing, and fire suppression system along with electrical panel, lighting, floors, wall board and all other additions shown on the drawings. PROJECT COST ESTIMATE RANGE: $248,625 - $317,685
