(1) Vendor needs to provide prosecutor legal services to the government authority located in Maple Valley, WA.– Qualified attorneys to be appointed as Prosecutor for the City.– Prosecution of misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors: The Prosecutor represents the City in prosecution of all misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal violations from the time of review and/or filing of charges through appeal(2) The contract period will be for two years.
