Republika Srpska received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health Systems Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Medical Equipment . 2. The Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply of Medical Equipment: MAGNETIC RESONANCE SYSTEM WITH CHILLER AND CAGE - 1 pcs; LAPAROSCOPY TOWER - 4 pcs; DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY DEVICE WITH TOMOSYNTHESIS - 3 pcs; DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY DEVICE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF UPGRADING TOMOSYNTHESIS - 1 pcs; CEILING MOUNTABLE DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY SYSTEM - 4 pcs; FLOOR MOUNTABLE X-RAY DEVICE - 6 pcs; ULTRASOUND RADIOLOGY DEVICE - 5 pcs; GYNECOLOGY ULTRASOUND DEVICE - 2 pcs; CARDIOLOGY ULTRASOUND DEVICE - 2 pcs; MOBILE ULTRASOUND DEVICE - 6 pcs; PORTABLE ULTRASOUND DEVICE - 14 pcs; TRANSPORT BIPHASIC DEFIBRILLATOR WITH INTEGRATED MONITOR - 22 pcs; ECG DEVICE - 8 pcs; and HOLTER ECG - 15 pcs. to be delivered to the Republika Srpska/Bosnia and Herzegovina (as defined in the Distribution List), within one hundred and eighty (180) days. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 30% and for Bid cost: 70% . 5.
