Mandatory Prebid Meeting October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM to be held at 5001 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203. Replace 15 Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and enclosures and add 1 new VFD and enclosure for pumps located in the Headworks and Influent pump station at the CBWTP. Replace flow switches with flow meters and provide accessible power meters that will be tied into the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
