(1) Vendor needs to provide scalable voter education platform.– Design, develop, and implement a personalized, scalable voter education platform.– Centralizing and warehousing Data for the purpose of improving service delivery and enabling cross departmental analytics– System must enable Data access, Data interoperability, warehousing of resulting Data, and adherence to City data standards which the City has provided to the Contractor for review.– Ability for City to programmatically update data within the System as needed via API– Data collected, transferred and stored meet minimum standards to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.– Data to meet compliance rules / regulations in order to ensure the sensitive digital assets are guarded against loss, theft and misuse.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
