Splash Pad Installation for James Archer Smith Park (Re-Bid)

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, from a qualified contractor(s) for the installation of the splash pad at James Archer Smith Park, from a source of supply that will give prompt and efficient service. The Contractor shall comply with all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirements pursuant to the DEP Agreement No. LW712 between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the City of Homestead. The guidelines under 2 CFR 200, Title 23, and 23 CFR shall apply to this contract in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program. In compliance with 2 C.F.R. § 200.321 the City shall take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprise and labor surplus area firms are used when possible.
