The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the construction of paved parking, stormwater infrastructure, and a new underground detention facility at Mallery Park on Saint Simons Island. Location of underground services/utilities shall be identified prior to any digging/trenching. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications
