IFB #214849 - LCCC Plant Operations Boiler Addition

Laramie County Community College located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for the addition of up to two additional boilers.The project generally consists of furnishing and installing one new condensing boiler and associated boiler pump within the existing Laramie County Community College Plant Operations Boiler Room. Work includes associated heating water and natural gas piping, valves and accessories, condensate neutralization, a dedicated Category IV flue vent through the roof, concrete equipment pads, DDC/BAS modifications, emergency power-off integration, electrical connections, demolition, cutting and patching, roof restoration, testing, and coordination with existing building systems and Owner operations. Add Alternate No. 1 includes furnishing and installing a second condensing boiler and associated boiler pump, with the related equipment pads included in the Base Bid.
