EDUCATION-17562 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Shorthand Reporter and Court Reporter Examinations Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide shorthand reporter and court reporter examinations services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Design and develop the dictation examination which must establish skills and knowledge necessary to competently render services as a certified shorthand reporter.– Develop a written examination that consists of objective multiple‐ choice questions relating to elementary aspects of shorthand reporting, spelling, and grammar and rules and procedure.– Contractor shall pre‐test the oral and written examinations to determine their validity and that they test at an appropriate level of difficulty to ensure the skills, competency, and qualifications of certified shorthand reporters.– Test must be developed with the input of experts in the fields of shorthand reporting or stenography and evaluated and determined to be valid by an expert in the field of psychometrics or statistics.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
