RFP Cybsecurity and Managed Security Services

This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested offerors with the information necessary to prepare and submit proposals for Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education’s consideration to provide cybersecurity and managed security services for its universities. This RFP is expected to result in multiple contracts and establish a pool of qualified offerors that have demonstrated the ability to provide the required services to the State System on an as-needed basis. Inclusion in the awarded contractor pool does not guarantee work, a minimum service volume, or any commitment by the State System to procure services from a particular supplier.
