MRB-55254 - USA (Georgia) - Christmas Lighting Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Christmas lighting services. – Light installation will need to take place late October into early November. All lights will need to be ready to turn on the Saturday before Thanksgiving (typically around November 20th) and run through the first full week of January.– The selected vendor is also responsible for storage of the provided lighting and accessories. The selected vendor is responsible for installation, maintenance and trouble–shooting any issues that arise during the Christmas light season.– The selected vendor must provide lights and all accessories/components needed at no additional charge to the County, and will maintain ownership of said items.– The agency will need to have staff contacts who are responsible and available 24/7 for troubleshooting and repairs as the park and displays are open daily throughout the season.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
