EXTRA-72534 - USA (Clearwater, Florida) - Building Inspection and Plan Review Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building inspection and plan review services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.– Services may include building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and site inspections and plan reviews.– Inspections shall include commercial and residential construction, alterations, demolitions, and other permitted activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and applicable codes.– Plan review assignments to contracted firms will be made as needed to ensure the city meets established review time frame goals.– Services shall include reviewing plans for compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulatory requirements.– Schedule and perform inspections of commercial and residential construction projects, including new construction, alterations, demolitions, and removals.– Maintain accurate and complete records of inspections, plan reviews, and investigations.– Communicate effectively with contractors, architects, engineers, property owners, and city staff regarding construction projects, code requirements, and related matters.– Inspection and plan review services outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
