(1) Vendor needs to provide conference room presentation system upgrade services to the government authority located in Oklahoma.– Provide, and install upgraded presentation and conferencing systems for conference rooms.– The goal is to modernize presentation capabilities, improve hybrid conferencing experiences, and ensure reliable, user friendly operation for staff and visitors.– The project includes upgrading:– Presentation systems.– Conferencing audio and video equipment.– Displays / televisions.– Room sound systems.– White noise machines and zone control.– Backend control within the IT closet.(2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 17, 2026.
