Mona Bishop Library Conference Room AV Upgrade

The City of Sierra Vista is seeking proposals from qualified audiovisual (AV) integration firms to provide, install, configure, and commission a comprehensive audiovisual system for the Mona Bishop Library Conference Room located at the Sierra Vista Public Library. The selected proposer will furnish all required equipment, labor, programming, testing, and training necessary to deliver a fully functional, user-friendly AV solution that supports presentations, public meetings, training sessions, and hybrid/video conferencing. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing City standards and equipment and meet all technical, performance, and scheduling requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals must include detailed technical specifications, a project plan and schedule, a complete cost breakdown, and evidence of relevant experience with similar public-sector or institutional AV installations. All work must be completed on or before June 30, 2026.
