Pest Control Services

The City of Hollywood, FL is requesting bids from qualified vendors to establish an agreement for General Pest Control Services. Pest control services shall include, but not limited to roaches, gnats, flies, booklice, palmetto bugs, silverfish, ants, wasps, fleas and rodents at City of Hollywood buildings and structures. Rodent control shall include traps and bait stations. The initial term of this agreement shall be for a two (2) year period. The City may renew this agreement for two (2) additional two (2) year periods subject to vendor acceptance, satisfactory performance and determination that the renewal will be in the best interest of the City. Notification of Intent to renew will be sent thirty (30) calendar days in advance of expiration date of this contract. All prices, terms and conditions shall remain firm for the initial period of this contract. The Vendor shall not assign, transfer or sub-contract any work either in whole or in part, without prior written approval of the City of Hollywood. The City of Hollywood reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time, with or without cause. In the event that any of the provisions of the Agreement are violated by the successful bidder, the City may serve written notice upon such bidder of its intention to immediately terminate the Agreement. Such notice will state the reason(s) for such intention to terminate the Agreement.
