Description
The Jersey City Public Schools (JCPS) is requesting proposals from qualifying institutions of Higher Education, to provide a Professional Development Program in Dual TESL Certifications and Bilingual Endorsement that will enhance the content knowledge and pedagogical skill of PreK-12 grade teachers in one or more of the content areas and or areas of specialization including but not limited to specific support for teachers of ELL and students with disabilities. The program will assist teachers in meeting State and local certification and licensing requirements for teaching ELL students.
