(1) Vendor needs to provide head golf professional manager services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA.– Golf professionals to operate Downriver golf course, clubhouse, driving range and pro shop.– Plan to obtain adequate pro–shop merchandise.– Operation of the driving range.– Recruitment and training of staff.– Demonstrated ability to build relationships with city golf personnel, including golf course superintendent and maintenance staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
