(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation analysis and market pay study services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.– Provides legal representation, consumer protection, and law enforcement services.– These issues drive the recruitment and retention challenges and highlight the critical need for current, independently verified market data to assess the competitive pay position.– Findings will inform internal compensation decisions, support legislative budget requests, and provide a factual basis for any proposed pay plan modifications.– Structural differences in classification systems.– Locality pay rates.– Publicly available salary schedule data.– Collective bargaining agreements or pay plan documents.– Calculate market pay for each applicable comparator category.– Identify pay gaps (positive and negative) between current compensation rates and comparator data, including each tenure point for attorneys.– Use available salary range data in the event explicit step or longevity–based pay schedules are unavailable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
