Request for Information - Integrated Library System

Leon County Government (LCG) is requesting information from qualified companies regarding their ability to provide an Integrated Library Management System (ILS). LCG is looking for information concerning vendors’ ability to deliver a turnkey solution in addition to a mobile application that supports the ILS. LCG also requests vendors estimate necessary timelines, interface development, data migration, support, maintenance, and disaster recovery. See Attachment A for Scope of Services and submittal instructions. Submittals will be accepted until Friday, March 22, 2024 at 4:00PM. RFI submittals should be submitted to the OpenGov platform. Questions should be submitted via the OpenGov platform. Answers will be posted in OpenGov.
