The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish and deliver Class 3 reinforced concrete pipe in various sizes for use by the City. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a term contract with a qualified vendor to provide these materials at competitive pricing while ensuring high quality and timely delivery to support the City’s ongoing maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
