CLEANING-12988 - USA (Irmo, South Carolina) - Districtwide Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, and Window Cleaning Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide districtwide pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning services to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.– Work may Include removing biological material (algae/mold/mildew) from surfaces such as brick, glass, concrete, mortar, asphalt, and metal of dirt and grime.– Sidewalks, exterior walls, windows, soffits, mansards, roof tops, stadiums and stadium seating.– Soft washing shall be utilized for roofs, brick and mortar, and other delicate surfaces.– Window cleaning shall include exterior surfaces, where applicable, ensuring a streak–free and clearfinish.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.
