EXTRA-71231 - USA (Tacoma, Washington) - Infrastructure Locating and Assessment Services - Deadline June 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure locating and assessment services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.• Desktop Review and Preliminary Analysis:– Review existing documentation, mapping, historical construction records, geotechnical reports, and GIS datasets. – Identify data gaps and propose investigative methods tailored to site conditions. • Field Investigation and Subsurface Asset Location:– Employ appropriate geophysical and/or non destructive methods (e.g., ground penetrating radar, electromagnetic surveying, seismic refraction, LiDAR interpretation, or other technologies as proposed) to identify hidden or buried revetments, levee components, and related assets.• Data Analysis and Reporting:– Prepare detailed maps, cross sections, and GIS compatible datasets indicating the location and extent of identified features.  Geolocate the top of the infrastructure from beginning to end. – Summarize geotechnical findings, including logs, test results, and interpretations. – Provide a written description of the general condition assessment and supporting documentation suitable for integration into flood risk reduction system evaluations.– Provide recommended additional investigation, monitoring, or maintenance actions where warranted. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
