The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following non-consulting services: Deliverable Quantity Delivery Date Inception report outlining the approach, methodology and implementation schedule 1 2 weeks after commencement of the assignment Digitized records - Cohort 1 Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 2,030 officers to be digitized Week 10 Digitized records - Cohort 2 Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 3,577 officers to be digitized Week 20 Digitized records – Cohort 3; Maximum 40 pages of A4 size per officer for 8,747 officers to be digitized Week 38 Documentation manual on digitizing paper-based records; 1 Weeks 40 Final Report and Completion Certificate 1 Week 42 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
